- Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Most items ship within 3 to 7 business days. All items shipped within the lower 48 States ship free of charge. If you would like to have an item shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for a shipping quote prior to making your purchase. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. For expedited shipping, as well as for oversized items, additional charges apply. International shipping is available to certain countries and rates will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all duties and VAT.
Most products will be shipped with regular ground shipping (generally USPS, FedEx or UPS). The average transit time is between 1-7 business days (not including pre-ship time) for any destination in the contiguous United States. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm. A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. If a signature is required the product will not be left at the address. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box.

You may later access and modify the information, or have it removed. You may also simply choose not to provide your personal contact information at the point of collection; however, if you do not provide such information, we will be unable to complete your purchase.
Why do you need a working daytime telephone number? Sometimes, due to spam filters, important emails regarding your order or payment, may never reach you. We try to always try to contact you by email first; however, when we do not hear from you within the necessary time frame, or when availability or shipping issues make it imperative for us to contact you by phone, we need to be able to reach you immediately. Some manufacturers ship via carriers who will not pick up a package or a shipment unless a working daytime phone number is provided for the recipient at destination. Rest assured, we will never sell your phone number to any company or third party.
What are cookies? Why do we use them? Cookies are very tiny text files that are stored on your computer when you visit certain web pages that record your preferences. OSB Stores uses cookies to keep track of what you have in your shopping cart and to remember you when you return to our store. They cannot harm your computer and they do not contain any personal or private information. You must accept cookies to shop at OSB Stores.

- Returns & Replacements
- You may return most items sold by OSB Stores.com for a full refund within 30 days from the date delivered in new or unused condition. Special conditions apply to oversized item returns.
Items must be returned in original condition (including: packaging, inserts, tags, labels, accessories, etc.).
If we determine the return is due to our error, OSB Stores will issue a full refund. Otherwise, after receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, OSB Stores will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less shipping costs included in the purchase price and a restocking fee ($4.95 per-item OR 15% for the Area Rugs, Home Décor or Wall Décor categories.)
Your account will be reimbursed based on the original method of payment within 14 business days from receipt of return merchandise. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.
Before sending your item back, please inform OSB Stores of your intention to return your order (in part or in full). by emailing us at: returns@osbstores.com. We will provide you with an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and confirm with you the address of the warehouse that will handle your return. Please note that returns sent without prior return authorization cannot be processed.

Ordering with OSB Stores is fast and easy!
You can search for items using either the top tabs or the left side category links. As you click into these links, you will have the option to 'narrow your selection' again by using the links on the left side. A keyword search box is located in the top right hand corner on every page of our store.
When you register with any OSB Store you are automatically assigned an account with us. In the event that you wish to change any of your contact information or you wish to place future orders with us, simply log into your account while browsing any of our stores and all of your account information will be accessible.

Cancelling an item or order
All cancellations will be confirmed in writing: if you have not received an email confirmation, your order has not been cancelled. OSB Stores is unable to cancel an order once it has shipped or been prepared for shipping by the manufacturer.
